Hi All , My TV as started with a problem on screen. The picture has a vertical judder lasted 3 seconds and then reverts back to normal screen for 3 seconds and repeats . There is also 2 thin lines near the top of the screen and 1 also near the bottom running running full lenght of the screen. Any ideas plz.

not hopeful. I’m not sure I’d class it as an old tv. I bought it 6 years ago, £1000 to last that long is poor in my opinion !

Hey Patrick, the TV is not up-to-date, this usually happens when you have an older version, or if the new one is too large to update over air. Follow the steps on the link below to update it manually and test it.

Also, try to remove all external devices for a while and see if the issue happens again.

If after all of this it's still happening, it's time to send it for repair.
