kdl-32ex403 best picture settings???

hi guys got the tv yesterday, connected to sky hd via hd cable

dont think the picture is the greatest, ive tried tweaking

anyone mastered the settings?

i bought my mother the v4000 series for xmas 2008 and it has excellent picture and sound is really really good, i reckon sound on this is very poor....

i have set the tv via advanced

live colour - high

advanced contrast- high

clear white- low

gamma on -0

picture- custom

colour- cool

sharpness-15

noise- low
