Hi,

Simple as... I have tried many times to get the Bravia Sync to detect the DZ260 on the telly - but no joy.

I have googled and googled and no results have worked for me.

I have tried:

1. Unplugging everything inlcuding power and start ing over.

2. HDMI only from TV to DZ260on HDMI1.

3. I have made sure HDMI sync is on on both devices.

The telly remote does nothing to the DZ260, but the DZ260 remote will power off the telly.

Any ideas community? I am very dissapointed at this setup as it was the main reason for purchase.

Follow instructions on page 57 and 58 and it will work
