Hi all

I am aware that my TV is an ancient model (09/2007), but maybe despite someone has a hint how I get the sound working again or if I really do have to throw the device away.
I've worked through all the troubleshooting suggestions from the support side already...

Hi Carmen.creus ,

If this is not hardware related, resetting the TV may help. I found the steps to reset this TV on page 32 of the manual here: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/res/manuals/2698/26986711M.pdf

Thank you very much The_Black_Rose! I tried your solution out... Finally it was a software problem of the TV Profider... But you helped me by finding the manual.
