Sony KD43XG7003 - No antenna connection
Had my new TV for over a month now and its worked perfectly till today when I switched it on and it said no antenna connection. I swapped my ariel connections over from my tv and my hard drive tuner and it still said the same. Tried a factory reset and have tried to retune it but nothing resolves it. I am now watching my new tv using the tuner on my hard drive not impressed at all.

Hi RGBodies,
I'll see if I can find any assistance with this. In the meantime though, maybe another community member might be able to help.
Thanks,
Pascale

I believe that this is just a glitch, so try turning the TV off and disconnecting everything from the back and also unplugging it from the power mains for a couple of minutes. Double-checking the software version on the TV and making sure it's the latest would also help. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the info did what you said and did a factory reset and it did the Job. The set is back to normal but my 7 day catchup still isn't there, I've tried every thing decided to give it up. Otherwise very happy with the set.

Maybe try double checking the Internet connection and the apps available? I think this model has the catchup service in built-in apps. I may be confusing some models with each other, but it wouldn't hurt to try.
Glad I could help with the antenna situation ^^

Thanks for the reply, I was expecting the 7 day catch up to be like the Samsung set I have in the bedroom where you traverse back in the 7 day guide to some program you missed and then watch it. I'm beginning to think Sony may do it in a different way. Seeing as we all have plenty of time on our hands at present I'll do a bit more digging to see what I can find. Thanks for your interest.

Hi RGBodies ,
The feature is part of Freeview play as far as I'm aware.
Cheers,
