VAT back - it's now 9th Feb and still no comms or cash back

I have applied back in Dec and still no sign of acceptance of request or when the cash will come back for the VAT on my Bravia KDL - 40EX 403

What can we do,

Maybe I'm being daft but I have been through the list and can't see the 40EX403 in the list on that URL. Can you point me to where you have seen it listed on that URL so we can investigate?

The good news for this discussion thread is I spoke to Ellen at Sony hot line on 01379 649 499.

I got through straight away and they inform me the payment was submitted yesterday and will be in through BACS by next Wednesday.

When it hits the account I will post this.
