Today I decided to buy the VAIO Care Premium ... should never have done...
First of all there where no information of how to activate it. After searching the web I found out that I first needed to create an account at IOLO ... then put in my activation code in the VAIO care settings.
Well first of all this is far to many steps to many steps to be useful - SONY what are you thinking...
Now my real problem is that the account I created at IOLO is saying "Unexpected error" when I try to log in, and VAIO care says "Invalid registration key" ... who could help me with this? I have raised a ticket with IOLO but don´t have to many hopes...
Sony support doesn´t exist any more does it?
IOLO are dreadful. I.m sure their products are fine but I made the mistake of subscribing for a free trial some time ago and basically got plagued with email spam and warning popups.
