Hi,

I recently installed Windows 7 64bit.

In device manager under "Other Devices" it says "Base System Device" with the yellow exclamation mark, but neither Windows Update nor Vaio Care/Update have helped.

Which driver do I need ?

This will almost certainly be the Memory Card Reader Writer Ricoh SD CPRM but this doesn't seem to be supported by Sony for the Windows 7 64Bit OS.

Try searching the Support site for a similar model that has the same card or Google Memory Card Reader Writer Driver Ricoh SD CPRM Windows 7 64Bit.
