Very recently my Viao (SVE or SE i think) series broke down. I sent it in to get checked up and it turns out the motherboard had burned out. It was past the warranty. My laptop made a ticking noise ever since i got it, along with a few other noises and i had it checked up in the past.
Now there is nothing i can do and i havent done anything to make this happen. My laptop is ruined. How can i complain to Sony, i feel like it is well within my rights to recieve a new one... for this faulty product -.-
