My laptop won't turn on after running out of battery

Often my laptop will run out of battery... I plug it on charge and try to turn it on.

Unfortunately, although the keys light up etc. The laptop doesnt start up and i have to force it to shutdown and then turn it on again... This is a real pain. What should I do?

Im using a SVT1511C5E
