Hello everyone
I have bought my sony ultrabook model SVT1313M1ES about a week ago, everything is working fine except online videos. They often freeze at the first couple of seconds after which the video usually cuts shot or a green screen appears in the place of the video. This is what I mean:
Notice that the original video length is 8:21
The video then freezes at 0:22, bearing in mind that the video has loaded a bit further (light grey bar)
It then skips the remaining time of the video, and now the original video length is only up to the moment when the video freezes which is 0:22
I hope that you understand what the problem is. I hope that someone know what's wrong and has a solution to my problem. Please help. Thanks
P.S there in no fault in the broadband connection because videos work fine on another laptop.
