I'd like to restore my VAIO VGN-CS11Z/R to factory settings but don't have recovery discs. Tried to download drivers from SONY website but too many files don't know which one. Help

In the hope that you still have the hidden recovery partition on the hard disk try pressing and holding F10 at boot to launch the recovery utility.
