Sony Vaio Laptop has been resetting FOR SEVERAL HOURS, stuck at 67%

So I decided to reset my Sony Vaio laptop (Sony Vaio SVE1512W1ESI laptop i5 2.5ghz 8gb Ram)

it is very slow, and has been stuck at 67% for several hours

What can I do?

Should I leave it overnight?
