SVE1513B4E - Start up error message Vaio Care Rescue Tool.vbs

New laptop, when rebooted, complains with the following Windows error message :

Can not find script for "C:\Windows\Temp\VAIO Care Rescue Tool.vbs. is this important ?

Also I am prompted to load new update for VAIO care - but it just seems to hang and doesn't complete the update.

Any suggestions ?  Are the two problems related ?

I'm sad to say that neither of these problems are new and Support have been aware of the issue for months. A search of this forum will confirm...


Your post has been highlighted to Support but judging from the lack of response to previous escalations on this I wouldn't hold your breath :-(
