There’s a outlook ost file that I could open in Sony VAIO Duo on Windows 8.1. However, after the Windows 10 update, I suddenly can’t open it anymore. It gives the following message, ‘Your outlook data file cannot be configured’.
I googled for this, i get many solutions for all other formats except ost files issue.
TY for you time and attention

Hi Jack.
I'd recommend checking with Microsoft on this one as the updates are pushed directly by them and Outlook is an Microsoft application as well.
