Touchscreen Problems on SVT1312B4ES

I have a new SVT1312B4ES laptop and play Bejewelled Blitz on Facebook by touchscreen. I downloaded Google Chrome and now this game does not work. What is the best system to use? Why does Chrome not work? Thanks
