TP3 Not downloading ITV & CH5 (again)

Once more, the EPG on my TP3 (cae tin) seems to have stopped downloading any programme inormation for ITV1 (&+1) & CH5.

Over new year, it seemed to stop dowloading anything at all but MS appeared to get bac from Holiday and it all resumed again from jan., of its own accord as it were.

This time the these two channnels in particular have stopped, so any ideas anyone, or any fixes out there please?

I do remember raising a ticket on either a MS or a Sony tech support forum but will be damned if i can remember which one ("Durr".

Any obvious site to go to for this type of support plse?

Again I don’t have a fix for you but can confirm that you are not alone. Windows Vista WMC is missing data on ITV, CH 5, Film 4 plus a host of other obscure channels. Windows 7 WMC is even worse – missing data for BBC 1, BBC 2, CH 5, ITV 2 BBC 3 plus many others too numerous to mention.

Again your best source of information is probably The Green Button.
