upgrade

i upgraded to windows 8 but changed back to 7 but now wish to go back to 8, however my upgrade key will not work?

Can you please let us know which discs you used to upgrade and to return to Windows 7.

Can you install Windows 8 but not activate? What error message do you get?

Ultimately, you may need to contact Microsoft's Windows 8 Activation Centre and explain the problem to them. You can do this via the Charms -> Settings -> Change PC Settings -> Activate by Phone.
