VPCJ11M1E to factory restore

im trying to resore my sony vaio (VPC711M1E)(I THINK) to faxctory settings as the pc wont let me delete somethings i have tried all different ways to delete the documents so i really need to know the best way to delete everything and bring it back to factory settings.

P.S i have everything backed up on a external harddrive.

PLEASE HELP I NEED TO DO THIS A.S.A.P thank you
