Windows could not connect to the group policy client service.

Windows could not connect to the group policy client service.

I get this message everytime I boot up my laptop:

Windows could not connect to the group policy client service.

This problem prevents standard users from logging on to the system

As an administrative user, you can review the System Event Log for details about why the service didn’t respond.

I would like some advice on how to fix this issue.

Thank you very much for the link. I followed all but the last step and restarting my laptop. For the first time since I bought it I didn't see the message.
