I just purchased this TV today and I'm having MAJOR issues.

Firstly the TV keeps turning itself over. I'm watching a show on SKY and all of a sudden it changes to YouTube!! No one touching the remote.  And also there seems to be horizontal lines coming off static objects on the screen. Most bizarre... Any ideas??
