I have a HT-XT100 Home Theatre System and my TV is KD49X8005C. Before the latest updates everything was working fine, but since the update it will not turn on when the TV is switch on, and I can’t control the sound from the remote control.

I have used the Bravia Sync, but the TV does not find the sound system. I have changed the HDMI lead still nothing. I have returned the TV to factory settings tried with the sound system, but it won’t reset to factory.  

I have been through both user manuals and have no idea,
