Hi

I am really appauled by the webcam quality of my eseries (model: SVE1513C5E). The image quality is dark, grainy and poor. This was meant to be HD camera. While I did not expect top notch performance but I did expect it to be usuable. I have tried different camera apps from Windows 8 webstore but none giving me a desirable result.

I wonder if I have a defected unit or is this what Sony has to offer. I was hoping that I am missing a driver/software for the webcam.

In Device Manager under Imaging Devices it shows USB2.0 Camera.

Please advise.
