Hi,

Can anyone help with registering a PS5, I add in the model number but the Sony site doesn't recognise anything and stops you adding in store details, purchase date etc?

Very frustrating and no way to easily speak or email Sony??

You don't have to register (better say "Activate", for PS) in My Sony but in your PlayStation Account:
