We have had our KD65AG8 OLED TV since February but sound no longer can be adjusted lower or higher in any way. I think it’s a fault but thought I would check here before reporting in case I’m missing somewhere I can reset. Tried the factory reset but it’s made no difference.
Anyone had the same problem and resolved or shall I just report a fault? Thanks 👍🏻🤗
