X Performance on Marshmallow 6.0.1. had fully functioning fingerprint sensor.
Phone recently updated to 7.1.1. Fingerprint sensor is no longer available. Although I'm in Canada the IMEI number links phone to US.
Support urged anyone that feels this is unfair to feedback this. If enough people feel a certain way....
It's not the end of the world. I still like the phone.
