Hello good afternoon after a while the phone suddenly sounds in either a call there is no voice in the receiver or the transmitter, also in videos, games, and music, the only way for the sound to return To the normality is restarting the mobile, until yesterday I had problems when watching on YouTube but in this same forum I saw the solution and now I usually see YouTube videos.

lets narrow down the issue, could you boot in safe mode and test youtube?

Por sexta vez que lo envíe al servicio de mantenimiento decidieron darme un teléfono nuevo, después de cambiarle el audio, micrófono, el Puerto usb de carga.. Ahora el teléfono nuevo me pide actualizar pero ni loco lo hago el teléfono me va bien y no quiero más problemas de software
