Annoying caller id pop up

After I end a call a blue pop up screen with the callers number comes up. How do I get rid of this? It's just all of a sudden started to do this?

This looks like a 3rd party app you installed or updated recently, and I think of TrueCaller app in particular. Start troubleshooting by restarting your phone into safe mode, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.
