Bad Bluetooth LDAC audio signal

 I'm using Sony h.ear on 100ABN. Since LDAC update on my Xperia X on Nougat concept (now build no. N4F26T14) the signal cuts out some times while the phone is in my right pocket the audio can stutter, especially if I turn my head to the left. Can this be investigated and fixed in a future update? I have factory reset the phone. Happens with both Google Play music and SoundCloud. Apart from that this phone and these headphones are awesome.

It does happen a lot on best effort or not actually, that's the thing. I think the BT transmitters in the phone . Even with subsequent updates to 7.1.1 it didn't improve. I switched to a Moto Z Play phone and it's totally fine. Much better battery life too. I'll come back to Sony when they make a phone with battery capacity appropriate for the screen size
