Blurry camera

I brought xperia X series which says 5x zoom but it didn't work like that it get blurry after zoom, and I do care my phone so no scratches are there.. Is there hardware problem. As in normal mode the camera works fantastic.. what is possible problem I want to know..

Don't worry.

Zoom is only software zoom.

It would be a miracle if software zoom was not blurry.

All (?) phone cameras are alike, check with your friends phones.
