Entering the security sequence when turning on or rebooting the phone

Does anyone know how to unable this security check? It's really annoying.

You can turn it off when you set up your screen lock. After you pick the type of lock (pattern, PIN, etc.), it will ask you if you want to enable secure start-up. Just click no thanks and you'll be set after you finalize the type of lock.
