How to change file names for Photos?

 I wann to change a file name in the photo album Button can't find where. Can someone help me please?

Welcome to the community! 

As @BinTu3 said you can download a file managing application from the Play Store which will allow you to rename photos from your device. 

Alternatively you can do this via the "Downloads" application on your handset. 

Head to "Downloads" - you can search for this on the applications page if you cannot see it. 

Tap on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner.

Select the model number of your device from this menu. 

Select DCIM > 100ANDRO > Long press on the picture you would like to rename.

Tap the the three vertical dots in the top right corner > Rename

It would likely be an easier process via a file managing application but you can follow the able if you would prefer not to download an application.
