Since doing the recent update my battery doesn't last long and the vibration has completely stopped working have checked all settings and can't work out why it's not vibrating?!

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test everything.
Hi I have done this and it has failed on a few things. What should I do now?
Send it back for repair
