My phone's screen froze, had to force it turn off and now it won't turn on anymore!!!

Hey,

   Wondering if someone can give me a little piece of advice. Got my Xperia X  10 months ago. Today while I was checking my mail the screen froze. I tried to turn it off and nothing happened, I then force it to turn off (power button and volume button) and now it won't turn on again!! I've tried turning it on like I normaly do, holding both buttons for 120 seconds , I've tried to charge it (the red light starts blinking and after a while it stops). Any ideas of what else to try?? ( cause on top of it all I lost my purchase ticket so I cannnot even send it back. )   Thanks

Connect the phone to a wall charger > Press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours > report back
