No headphones included?

Just picked up a my new xperia x but there was no headphones in the box seams a bit strange other phones I brought in the past have head phones
Have they forgot to put them in has any body else The same phone with no headphones

Items in the box vary per region/country and sometimes even in the same country items vary per carrier/network

Although what @uliwooly is saying is true, it is always a good idea to speak with the place of purchase, as it is possible that it may actually come with headphones but they may not have been packaged.

In UK, I think headphones have been left out, but a UCH10 is included instead of a standard charger, a much better deal for the customers imo.

O2 Uk had no charger, but did have headphones

Vodafone had both a charger and earphones in UK. Picked my new Xperia X on Saturday

Same "problem" here when I bought my X Performance (Denmark/provider: Telia).

I asked in the shop if there were a headset included and the salesman gave me a set on the side, saying it was a campaign Sony had run where they offered them with the buy (Sony MDR-NC750 Hi-Res Stereo In-Ear Speakers). So it wasn't included in standard package but I got a set, though.

It came with a UCH-10 charger, which I don't know are standard everywhere.

I just got my phone yesterday and  the store said I had to claim from Sony for my headset as this particular device was delivered without?

Good deal, NC750 are quite an expensive set of earbuds. Much better than the ep880 ones sometimes included with handsets

When I bought X in Nepal then there was earphone but they excluded the fast charger. I wished they had fast charger and not the earphones.
