No loudspeaker after upgrade to nougat 7

When I'm in calls and press the loudspeaker button to hear better the loudspeaker is quieter than the ear speaker, and now my ring tones have went down in volume, and yes I have tried the volume buttons and ever other sound option.

Have you tested you handset in safe mode?

Let me know if you're still having problems in safe mode

Tried it in safe mode and still the same, it's like my ringtones are quieter and the loudspeaker seems quieter than the actual ear speaker. The unit is still under warranty so I'm thinking of returning it or getting it fixed, now begins the task of backing up and finding a sony repair center close to me.
