hey there.

so is anyone else turning on their Xperia phone and getting a blank screen? like, the ringer still works, i still get an LED light whenever i get a notification, but the screens blank. I’ve tried several tricks online, all of which have failed, and the screen is still blank. I’ve also tried charging the phone, as im going to a friends house soon and want to have a fully charged phone, as it’s on 30%, yet it won’t charge. is anyone else getting this problem?

That seems to be a hardware issue, you could repair it with XC but since the phone it's not charging it won't work, the only option is to contact your Local support to get it inspected / repaired.
