@ElenaNito Looking at both of your threads, I think you might have bought a demo unit. Can you dial *#*#73556673*#*# (sellmore) and see if the video stops playing?
I will also merge your other thread here, to keep it more organized.
Bluetooth and Data are always ON. Not possible to turn them off. Any suggestion? Thanks

Thank you, Alexdom. It looks like working using your suggestion. Now I have another problem: Some contacts I don't know appear in my contact list (they are from several countries!).
I think I would better return this device and ask for a brand new one.

No, it was the last one, over the counter with the rest of the smartphones. The box was open, and the device has scratches in the back. It doesn't keep my contact list, my application options, the presentation at the begining, bluetooth and data returns to auto on even desabling them.
They told me I was getting a bargain, because the original price was more than 600 euros and I got it for 279 euros, which still is not cheap. I feel really frustrated and cheated.
@ElenaNitodid you disable retail demo via the code suggested by @alexdon? because it sounds to me like the phone is still running in demo mode.
I did what Alexdom suggested and it worked for a while. Then, it started again. Also, when refreshing my contact list, it appeared a lot of people from several countries I didn't know, all of them from Sony

Finally I went back to the store and returned the device, with my complaints. I asked for the money back and bought another brand (sorry, I love Sony).
Funny that the slogan of the chain of stores is "I am not stupid", but they treated me as one.
