Problem for recevra call and message since new maj

Since the update 7,1 on my xperia x, i cant receive calls and mms/SMS, but il can make call and send message

So i think that is not a problem with my network but with my Phone since the latest update

Test your phone on safe mode if you don't experience the same issue then it's a third party app acting up.
