Problem using Bose QC25 headphones with Xperia X

Hi,

I bought the phone last night and upon trying to use the above headphones find that the phone fails to even detect their presence - that is until I use the Bose-supplied flight adapter that splits the jack into two and also quietens the noise.

I can appreciate that I may need some kind of adapter after reading about differing 3.5mm jack standards - but I have no idea of exactly what it is I need.

Sorted, apparently they sell two versions of the QC25's - one with a crapple compatible lead and the other with an android compatible lead.

Ordered android lead from amazon - hopefully this is case closed.
