Problematic to use screen protector due to curved glass

I found big issue with screen protectors for Xperia X compact curved screen.

It is 2 type of them, one is flat and have silicon adhesive on total surface, but not cover full screen. Another one is 3D curve and cover full screen but have adhesive, only strip around edges approximately 5mm. This is the problem, dust start to accumulate between phone screen and screen protestor in cut of areas for speaker and camera.

Did somebody solve this problem and found curved protector with total area adhesive?

Please suggest!

I have the same issue. I fitted a tempered glass screen protector to my screen and am left with an unsightly  2mm air bubble all around the perimeter of the protector. Presumably the protector is too rigid to adhere to the curvature.

Does this phone need a screen protector at all?

Can anyone help?

Hello, I know the problem, firstly I used a screen protector which covered all of the screen but the dust came inside and after 2 months I had to change... 

After 2 times I decided to try another one which I use since 4 months and I'm happy with it... 

Well, it isn't perfect because it doesn't have the curve but it's really good from what I've tried before and what I see... 

The adhesive area is the black part (also around the speaker and the camera is "covered" (like the screen, not a hole) by the screen protector)

I think it depends on the particular screen protector you have. I fitted one about 6 months ago and, although there is a slight strip on the curved parts on both sides which are not stuck down, I have no problems with it. My phone is in a cover with foldover screen cover which probably helps keep dust out. But I think its worth going belts and braces to protect the screen from breaking if the phone is dropped.
