I figured the quick charge out. So I noticed Sony's OEM charger isn't so fast at the quick charge. I purchased a belkin 3.0 usb Qualcomm charger that seems to be much better for a quick charge. One thing you have to do to get the quickest charge is to go to settings and then find the battery care option (you can do a search for battery care in settings sear) and disable that for a quick charge. Just know that battery care is better for the longevity of your battery but it will slow your charge if it is enabled.
