My device is xperia x (F5122).. In xperia tips it shows "restart your device once a week".. Should i do it in every week?

It is a good practice to restart your phone once every week. This way cache memory/RAM gets cleared and phone works at optimum.

If you don't restart phone for more that a week or 2 then you may realise that phone is acting slow due to build up cache.
