Ringtone for incoming call

Im having trouble trying to get my phone to have sound when receiving calls it just vibrates. Ive tried everything. I get sound when i get msgs or notifications but not when i get an incoming call. Anyone know what i can do? Thanks

I have the same problem too with all including alarms, ring tones notification sounds but I can play my music without any problems.

The same problem as me. I bought Last week Sony xperia x. Since ı bought cellphone offen slient Mode. What wiil have do? Sony turkey customer service didnt help me. I dont wanna using your cellphone.
