Screen unlocking unlock

My screen unlock only accepts 2,3 and so I cannot get in,

Also I am failing to do a factoory reset

Have you tried plugging in a mouse via a USB otg cable with USB C converter at the end?

No never knew you could but in the end I have replaced the screen as advised there was a connection problem.   Screen unlock is now OK
