Settings and apps dissapeared after update

Got the latest update to my phone and installed it. After restart All settings and apps dissapered.

Restarded just as it was new! Has that happened to anyone else?

Did you updated the phone through XC or OTA?

Do you happen to have your phone under a guest account? You can check this under Settings > Users.
