Sony Xperia Performance - Display is not showing incoming call when sleeps

Latest update is installed. Build version: 39.2.A.0.417

When receiving incoming call when my display is dark/sleep it is only ringing. When i push power button then display is turned on and i can see notification of incoming call. But if sound is off, then i miss all incoming calls.

When phone is unlocked there is also nothing about incoming call screen, only small notification in status bar and rington calling.

Almost same problem as described here. But accepted solution can't help me.

Settings-apps-all,scroll down to incall ui

I don't see this application in that list, even if show system processes is enabled. Phone got Russian language selected.

Same. Written that Notifications disabled. And nothing can enable them. Have you tried to "repair" your phone?

Current travelling, which makes this problem even more annoying, but haven't had a chance to back up my phone properly so not tried it yet. Will post here as soon as I have done so though.

Dear There;

I have the same issue of not displaying incoming calls - only ringing.

I have gone through the discussion on this but have worries to use the XPC for repairing??

My question is - What exactly categorized as "Personal data" that will be lost in step 4?

4. Tick the box that you are aware of the personal data loss.

Is it my contacts?

Is it my messages and whatsapps?

Is it my Gallery?

Is it all of these?

If teh answer is YES for the above; then how can I do the repair and keep my personal data?

Thanks

Forgot top update this thread.

After hesitating for a long time I ended up trying to use the XPC to fix this issue. For some reason the software was unable to complete the repair so I ended up doing a full factory reset from the phone. On the bright side this solved the issue at least, even after I had installed all updates, but the only way to save your content is to take a backup of your phone. This can be done through the XPC software, and importing this data was trivial once the reset was completed. Contacts and Gallery are backed up from XPC, but for Whatsapp you have to run a backup and import this once you set up the app again (something I forgot to do...).

Hope this helps.
