Sony Xperia X Dual LTE signal strength is very very poor and antenna is very week.

Hi,

It's Sony Xperia X dual F5122. I have compared my mobile signal strength with other brand mobile in same place. I am getting very low signal. ( Max time it is shows 1-2 level in signal bar). it can give max -90dbm and most time it shows -100 - 110 dbm. in same time other mobiles shows -75dbm to 95dbm. May i know the actual cause. Is there any software update for this. I really not satisfied with this issue. I spent 38K INR for the same. But no use. I have checked  with changing .

U can contact your service provider for Internet settings. Ask them to assist you to manually update your Internet settings.

Which is your service provider? Check the LTE band which is used by service provider. If multiple bands are leased by service provider and your mobile only having one of the band support then you might get low network.
