Sony Xperia X Screen

When I make a call in phone (or messanger) the screen became black and I can not fix it until someone (in the other side) finish the call. I can not use the phone during the call at all. And when I'm calling someone,and nobody pick up the phone, I also can not finish the call, because the screen stays black, as I said. Can you please help me?

Does your phone has a protective case, film and/or glass?

Yes, I have a glass. But when I'm calling in Viber everything is working

remove it > clean the proximity sensor > report back.

I can't remove it, it's spesial glas... And when I use viber everything works...

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test the proximity sensor.

Keep in mind that if you send it in, they will remove the glass. 

Also, test it in >>> safe mode
