I was now about to post about the same.... It is really annoying in the locked screen......please assist in finding a way to disable.

Try a different locker maybe(ios 11 locker) on some of them u can control screen lock info and disable that info u don't want 2 c. Or try some apps for notification control, like AcDisplay.

The Stamina mode notification can be hidden from the lockscreen. Long press the notification then press more settings. It will take you to the notification settings. You will find an option "On the lock screen" and select "Don't show notifications at all".
